1. All Sales Are Final on Opened or Used Products
For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any product that has been:

Damaged after delivery

Missing original packaging or seals
Once a product's seal has been broken or the product has been opened, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

All safety seals, labels, and protective coverings remain intact.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
8. Refused Deliveries and Returned Packages
If an order is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any refund may be reduced by:

9. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns regarding orders, returns, or refunds.
Initiating a chargeback for products that are non-refundable under this policy may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges and the submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.
